Mill certs maintained for all raw material. Any finished part can be traced back to its source heat and lot number. Standard on every job — not an add-on for aerospace customers only.
New part numbers receive a complete dimensional verification of the first production piece against all drawing callouts before the run continues. Documented and retained in our QMS.
Parts leave Cherry Creek Machine with dimensional inspection records and material certifications. No chasing paperwork after the fact — documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought.
