How We Verify Every Job

Order Review

Drawing, specs, and requirements reviewed for completeness before job acceptance. Questions asked before production starts — not after the part is made.

Material Verification

Incoming material verified against mill certificates. Material identity confirmed before any cutting begins. Traceability maintained from raw stock to finished part.

Production Planning

Work instructions defined, inspection checkpoints identified, tooling and fixturing planned before the job hits the machine. No improvising mid-run.

In-Process Inspection

Critical features checked at defined intervals. Renishaw on-machine probing on select VMC operations for immediate mid-cycle verification.

Final Inspection & Release

Completed parts inspected against drawing with calibrated equipment. Results documented and retained in the QMS. Documentation ships with the parts — every time.
