Cherry Creek Machine runs five Haas CNC lathes with a full range of capability — from small-diameter collet work to large-bore components up to 15 inches in diameter. Live tooling and Y-axis capability on select machines mean milling, drilling, cross-holes, flats, and keyways can all be completed in a single setup, eliminating secondary operations and reducing the chance of error.
Bar feeders run continuous production on collet-work, keeping cycle times low. A dual-spindle configuration handles sub-spindle operations. Every turned part is inspected and documented under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system before it ships.
Y-axis live tooling means cross-holes, flats, keyways, and milled features are completed on the lathe in the same setup as the turned diameter. No secondary VMC operation. No re-fixturing. No additional setup charge. Fewer touchpoints means fewer opportunities for error.
Bar-fed lathes run collet-work continuously — consistent part-to-part repeatability without operator intervention at every cycle. For production quantities of bushings, shafts, fittings, and connector bodies, this is how you get competitive lead times and consistent results at the same time.
