CNC Machinist — Setup & Programming

📍 Tulsa, Oklahoma ⏰ Full-Time 🏭 On-Site

Priority Hire Actively Hiring

What We're Looking For

3+ years CNC machining experience — setup and operation
Haas control experience strongly preferred
CAM programming experience a plus (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
Ability to set up jobs from scratch, not just run established programs
Comfortable reading engineering drawings and GD&T callouts
Experience with in-process and final inspection

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Haas VMCs and/or turning centers
Program G-code and/or CAM for new and repeat jobs
Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, GD&T
Perform in-process and final inspection, document results
Follow AS9100 work instructions and quality procedures
Communicate directly with management on job status and issues

CNC Operator

1+ years CNC operation experience
Ability to operate from established setups and programs
Load/unload parts, monitor cycle, check first pieces
Basic blueprint reading and measurement
Interest in growing toward setup and programming
Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in the work

Responsibilities

Operate Haas VMCs and/or lathes from established programs
Load and unload parts, inspect first pieces
Monitor running jobs for quality and consistency
Maintain clean, organized work area
Follow AS9100 work instructions
